SellFastPhoto is a brand of Zeki Sert Aerial Photography LLC, based in Tampa and shooting across the Bay area every week.

The premise is simple. Agents lose listings to slow turnaround and weak photography, so every part of this operation is built around removing those two problems. Photos come back the next business day. Video and floor plans follow within 48 to 72. Pricing is flat rate with no travel fee anywhere in the region, so the quote you are given is the invoice you receive.

One person shoots the job and the same person answers the phone. There is no booking bot, no account manager, and no handoff between the person you spoke to and the person who turns up at the property. For most homes the shoot takes 45 to 90 minutes and you do not need to be there.

Every service on this site is delivered in-house — HDR interiors, licensed drone work, cinematic video, Matterport tours, measured floor plans, twilight, virtual staging and commercial work. If a listing needs all of it, that is one visit and one invoice rather than three separate bookings.

Meet Zeki

Zeki Sert is the photographer behind SellFastPhoto. He has spent six years in real estate photography and marketing, and has shot hundreds of Tampa Bay homes for listing agents and brokerages.

All aerial work is flown under FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate no. 4384912, and the business is fully insured.
