What to send when you book

Pick the service, give us the property address and a time window, and tell us how to get in. We have Supra access, so for most listings you do not need to be there. You get a confirmation with an arrival time and a prep sheet.

Preparing the home

Turn on every light, open all blinds, and clear counters, worktops and floors of anything that is not staged. Move cars off the driveway and out of the street view, hide bins and hoses, and remove pet bowls and toys. Fifteen minutes of tidying before we arrive makes a visible difference in every frame.

Weather

Drones cannot fly safely in rain or high wind, which in Tampa Bay mostly means the summer afternoon storm pattern. Aerial work is scheduled in the morning from June through September, and if weather closes in we rebook the aerial portion at no extra cost.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours before the shoot at no charge. Changes within 24 hours of the shoot carry a $50 fee. A session can be rescheduled once; if a rescheduled session is then canceled, the cancellation fee applies.

Payment

Payment is due when the photos are delivered. Payments more than 14 days late carry a $50 late fee for each 14 days they remain overdue.

Guarantee

If you are not happy with the photos, we will reshoot or give you a full refund, and you keep the photos either way. Full details are in our terms of service.
