Questions

Everything agents ask us first.

How fast do I get my real estate photos back?

Photos are delivered the next business day. Video and floor plans come back within 48 to 72 hours. Same day turnaround is often available if you need it.

How much does real estate photography cost in Tampa?

HDR real estate photography starts at $195 for a standard Tampa Bay listing, which covers 25 or more finished images delivered the next business day. Larger homes needing 45 or more images, or bundles that add drone, video or a 3D tour, are priced in packages starting at $235. There is no travel fee anywhere inside the eight counties we cover.

What areas of Tampa Bay do you cover?

We shoot across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota and Osceola counties, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Riverview, Sarasota, Lakeland and Kissimmee. Travel inside the region is included in the price.

Do I need to be at the property for the shoot?

No. Most homes take 45 to 90 minutes and you do not need to be there. We flag anything worth moving before we start and text you when we wrap.

Can I reschedule or cancel a shoot?

Yes. Rescheduling or canceling more than 24 hours before the shoot is free. Changes within 24 hours carry a $50 fee, and a session can be rescheduled once.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when the photos are delivered. Payments more than 14 days late carry a $50 late fee for each 14 days they remain overdue.

How should a house be prepared for a photo shoot?

Turn on every light, open all blinds, and clear counters, worktops and floors of anything that is not staged. Move cars off the driveway and out of the street view, hide bins and hoses, and remove pet bowls and toys. Fifteen minutes of tidying before we arrive makes a visible difference in every frame.

What if I am not happy with the photos?

We will reshoot it or give you a full refund, and you keep the photos either way. That is the SellFastPhoto satisfaction guarantee.

How soon do I get the video?

Reels are delivered in two to three business days, which is slower than the photos because editing, grading and captioning take real time. If a listing goes live on a deadline, tell us when you book and we will work to it.

Are your drone pilots licensed?

Yes. All aerial work is flown under FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate no. 4384912 and is fully insured. Commercial drone photography without that certificate is illegal, and listing photos are commercial use, so it applies to every real estate shoot.

Can you fly a drone near Tampa International Airport?

Yes, with authorization. Much of Tampa Bay sits inside controlled airspace, and we request FAA authorization through LAANC before the shoot. It needs arranging in advance, so tell us the address when you book rather than on the day.

Can you fly in bad weather?

No. Drones cannot fly safely in rain or high wind, which in Tampa Bay mostly means the summer afternoon storm pattern. Aerial work is scheduled in the morning from June through September, and if weather closes in we rebook the aerial portion at no extra cost.

What is the difference between real and virtual twilight?

Real twilight is photographed on site during the window after sunset with the house lit. Virtual twilight is a daytime photograph edited to look like dusk. Real twilight is more convincing and more expensive; virtual twilight is fast and cheap and works well on most standard listings.

What time is a twilight shoot?

It starts around sunset and runs 20 to 30 minutes. The exact time moves through the year, so we confirm it a day or two ahead. The window cannot be shifted, which is why twilight is booked as its own appointment.

Do I have to disclose that photos are virtually staged?

Yes. Virtually staged images must be identified as such in the listing. We supply the original unstaged file alongside every staged image so you have both available.

Still not sure what your listing needs?

Call and describe the property. We will tell you what it actually needs.
